Tell us about your business, when was it formed and what do you do?

DSW Solutions was formed with the aim of facilitating modernisation and new lift projects. We offer a unique service whereby we can be a single supply source for multi-brand solutions to our global client base. We are now in our third year and pleased to have a growing team of industry specialists.

Who are your customers? Which markets do you serve?

Our projects include Social Housing, Emblematic buildings, Luxury retail, Airports and Hotels. We provide our services in 22 countries across the globe.

How many times have you been to LIFTEX?

This will be our first time exhibiting since DSW Solutions began three years ago.

What are the main issues that your customers deal with and how do you help them?

We have many “patatas calientes” from clients that are struggling with their existing supply chain and/or complicated projects. Our team of in-house industry specialists are here to assist. Our business model allows us to be flexible enough to cater for the smallest to the largest of projects. In addition to this we offer a full turnkey service from survey right through to in-house technical support.

Are there any issues that specifiers, contractors / owners should be aware of in the next 12 months?

The rise in requirements and guidelines for secondary power supplies for firefighting and evacuation lifts. This is something that has been discussed in great detail at the last Symposium however there still appears to be some uncertainty from our clients with regards to their role in this procedure. This is of utmost importance and I feel that there is need for additional exposure in this sense.

How can we, as an industry, help designers and building owners to become more energy efficient and meet Net Zero targets?

DSW Solutions has always been a key player in providing energy efficient solutions to the industry. The RegenMaster and Pure Momentum range of solutions offer the highest level of savings and are both helping UK end clients achieve their Net Zero targets. We will be displaying both solutions during LIFTEX.

What will you be promoting / what can visitors expect to see on your stand?

A significant array of modernisation solutions with a keen emphasis on energy saving solutions.

What advice would you give to anyone visiting the show? What should they look for and how can they get the most from their visit?

The two days will fly by! I would suggest to plan ahead, try and book key meetings in advance and ensure each supplier has the right staff member on hand to meet with you and discuss your individual requirements.
