How many times have you been to LIFTEX?

First time as Platform Lift Assist.

What are the main issues that your customers deal with and how do you help them?

Customers often face reliability and maintenance issues. We help by offering routine maintenance, fast repairs, high-quality spare parts, and advanced monitoring systems to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Are there any issues that specifiers, contractors / owners should be aware of in the next 12 months?

Specifiers and contractors should focus on lift safety compliance, such as LOLER regulations. Additionally, there’s growing pressure to adopt energy-efficient solutions to meet sustainability goals. Our services ensure compliance and offer energy-efficient solutions.

How can we, as an industry, help designers and building owners to become more energy efficient and meet Net Zero targets?

The industry can contribute by upgrading older lifts with energy-efficient components and using smart monitoring systems. Regular maintenance and optimising lift performance can reduce energy usage and extend lifespan, helping buildings meet Net Zero targets.
