Tell us about your business, when was it formed and what do you do?
With 30+ years of expertise, we provide seamless platform lift solutions with transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement. From inquiry to installation, our dedicated team ensures a stress-free experience. As market leaders, we’ve built strong relationships across three sales arms: Commercial (contractors), Residential (homeowners), and Trade (lift companies). We deliver tailored solutions with exceptional service, reliability, and long-term support to meet every unique need.
Who are your customers? Which markets do you serve?
On our trade arm, we sell to over 150 other lift companies across and into an array of sectors. It could be replacing a tired old lift on their service portfolio or assisting with a platform lift on a new build project. Whatever the project, we are on hand to offer advice on the correct solution.
How many times have you been to LIFTEX?
Our first time exhibiting was in 2019 and it was really an exploratory visit to see if it was worth doing. It was a resounded success!! We swiftly signed up again for 2022 and now 2025.
What are the main issues that your customers deal with and how do you help them?
We provide comprehensive turnkey solutions for platform lifts, combining decades of industry expertise with a commitment to excellence. Our in-depth knowledge of the sector allows us to anticipate and overcome common challenges, such as gaps in awareness and technical understanding. By guiding our clients through every stage of the process—from initial consultation to final installation—we ensure a seamless, stress-free experience with outstanding results tailored to their unique needs.
What will you be promoting / what can visitors expect to see on your stand?
We will be promoting our ever-popular PublicLift Access Platform lift and showcasing a working lift on the stand. Plus, we’ll be demonstrating our new and improved webshop for spare parts—just a few clicks, and replacement parts will be shipped next-day from our Aylesbury stores, minimizing downtime for the end user.
